    Directions

    酸辣开胃的甘榜鱼汤,拌饭吃一流。记得鱼不要煮过火,不然鱼肉会变硬。

    Step 1

    将材料(B)倒入锅中煮滚,改用小火煮30分钟。Pour (B) in pot, bring to boil, reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    将材料(C)和材料(D)倒入锅中,加入1/2杯油炒香,取出倒入汤内加入材料(E)煮滚。Mix (C) and (D) in wok, add in 1/2 cup oil, stir fry till fragrant. Remove and put into soup, add in (E) and bring to the boil.

    Step 3

    加入鱼煮至熟,取出与白饭一同享用。Add in fish, when cooked remove and serve with white rice.
